Sheikha Al-Fadalah is the Research Access and Operations Director at Qatar Precision Health Institute (QPHI). She joined Qatar Biobank in August 2016, and was appointed as QPHI Research Access and Operations Director in September 2023 during its transition phase.

Sheikha Al-Fadalah has more than 20 years of work experience at Qatar Foundation.  She is a successful executive with considerable leadership experience in research and operations such as Her Highness Office as a Senior Research Analyst.  

She holds a Bachelor Degree of Arts and Education in English Language from Qatar University and a Master Degree of Science in International Management from the University of Liverpool. She began her career as a Research Analyst. Her expertise lies in research management, organizations’ planning and budgeting, managerial leadership, and operational efficiency to accomplish goals and achieve success for an organization.

She has worked with a diverse workforce and in multi-tasks positions such as General Services Supervisor handling the organization’s different operations including procurement, human capital, finance, and facility.  Moreover, she worked as a Research Analyst, Senior Research Analyst, Head of Research Access Office and Manager of Research Access Office handling the administrative functions of the Office.
