H.E. Mr. Mansour Al-Mahmoud  Vice Chair

His Excellency Mansoor Ebrahim Al-Mahmoud has been the Chief Executive Officer of QIA since September 2018, leading the fund's shift towards greater diversification and ESG-focused investments. Previously, he served as CEO of Qatar Museums, overseeing the opening of the National Museum of Qatar, and held key roles such as CEO of Qatar Development Bank and Director of Investment Affairs for the Former Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.  He also holds various government and board positions, including Vice-Chairman of Qatar Exchange and Qatar Airways, and board member for several prominent organizations. H.E. Al-Mahmoud earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from George Washington University.
