Dr. Fay Betsou

Dr. Fay Betsou is the Director of the Instiut Pasteur Biological Resources Center (CRBIP). After he PhD in molecular biology, Dr. Betsou worked in the diagnostics industry on the development of molecular and immunological diagnostic tests in microbiology. Before joining Institut Pasteur, Fay has been the Chief Scientific Officer at the Integrated Biobank of Luxembourg for ten (10) years. With over 25 years of experience in molecular diagnostics, disease-oriented biobanking and biospecimen research, and 18 years of experience in biobank ISO certification and accreditation, Dr. Betsou holds 3 patents and is the author of 120 peer-reviewed publications, including many fundamental and experimental works on biospecimen research.
